Happy HOlidays!

Hello, everyone! It's Dec 1st!! This makes me terribly excited, the holidays are my favorite time of the year- everyone is buzzing with so much excitement and mystery! The decorations, the parties... all so amazing to me how for one month a year everyone can be so happy :) Unfortunately, for some, the holidays can also bring the dreaded stress - headaches, crankiness, lack of sleep.
